Profane Prayers
The demon possessing Father Abraham is his only salvation. Fallen angels usurp kingdoms and poison minds, and the only means Father Abraham has to fight back is using the devil slowly consuming him.
Revenants: Fallen Savior
Revenants are everything undead — ghosts, vampires, zombies and beyond — yet still human. This undead race can harness the soul animating them to understand the volumes of knowledge, oceans of power, and swells of emotion a past life contains. Or be slave to it.
Hold the Light
To stop the rampant line of Death misplaced, as well as the ruination of his own life, George must succeed where two previous Reapers failed before him — before his life, his loved ones, and perhaps all lives, are destroyed.
What Readers Are Saying
This, the first in a series, is seriously good — this is an immaculately presented, well constructed story, but most importantly it is a hugely entertaining read.
Sherwood’s novel is both ambitious and offers an original take on the age-old “Grim Reaper” theology.

If you like books that combine Brandon Sanderson and Stephen King, read on. I constantly read physics and science nonfiction alongside horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and literature — and it all swirls together into story.
These characters and plots surprised me as I wrote them. I hope they do the same and more for you.

Novels in Progress
New Sci-Fi Novel
First draft finished. Endless revisions — it will probably grow into a short series of novels. Eventually.
Revenants: Afterlife
The second book in the Revenants series has a first draft. A third will follow. The original is also due for a revision — older writing tends to demand it.
Sequel to Profane Prayers
Continuing Father Abraham’s journey through his mind, soul, and the medieval world of fallen angels and demons and their shared powers.
